Got into the shop this morning, made a template and start playing around with some tin. I was expecting to use these shapes in a much more straightforward way, but once a couple of them were cut out, I noticed the interplay between them was much more interesting than my sketches. \n\u003cdiv\u003e----------------------\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then riveted to each other to form the overlapped leaf shape. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe finished earrings are approximately 1.25\" (30mm) wide and hang about 3.25\" (80mm) from the ear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach piece is hand cut, filed and finished smooth then riveted to an arc of waxed steel wire.
