Shipping Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

Domestic US orders over $50 ship free via USPS First Class mail unless customer indicates another method or carrier at checkout. For orders under $50 there is a flat $5 shipping fee. International customers are charged the standard package rate to their country. Packages generally leave the studio within three days of your order.

 

RETURN POLICY:

I want you to love everything about your adaptive reuse purchases. And, mostly folks do. But sometimes things just don't meet expectations. If that happens to you, please get in touch. I am always responsive to issues and much prefer the opportunity to make things right to having customers quietly dissatisfied. If you want to return things, I can easily issue you a return label and you can drop the piece in the mail in the same mailer it originally came in.
